Overdue status report

I have a user showing "1 overdue status report", but there doesn't appear to
be a status report due (all were submitted).

When he clicks the "overdue status report" link on the PWA home page, it
takes him to his status report archive, where all show submitted.

Any clues on the cause or how to clear it?

Are you the manager who requested the Status Report? If so, navigate to
your Status Reports page and look at the reporting period for the overdue
Status Report. Do you see this user's Status Report response in the
Unmatched Status Reports section at the very bottom of the page? If so,
match it with a reporting period and that should clear the overdue Status
Report message. Let us know if this helps.

Sorry, the user has no unmatched status reports, and neither does his manager.

Any other suggestions?
