Overflow error when exporting report in rtf format

Hi,

I am attemmpting to export a report in Rich Text format
using Microsoft Access 97 (Service Release 2). However, i
get an overflow error. According to the microsoft web site
this error is resolved by installing Service release 2 but
i have confirmed that this is already installed and have
even installed it again but the problem still occurs.

Can anyone suggest any other things to do/check to fix
this error.
