overflow with docmd.outputto

I have an application that used to run fine in Windows
98. Some users were converted to Windows XP. Of those
users only two users get an overflow error, when trying to
output a file to Excel using the docmd.output to method of
the docmd object.

I am perplexed, and I would appreciate any help.
