Hi Community,
I've been searching for a fix to a problem we seem to be having randomly on
a few computers.
It appears that when we print a document, with a basic font such as Arial or
TNR. Random words will appear to have the last two/three letters printed over
- showing an overlap.
I had the document sent to me (same version of word / printer driver) and it
printed just fine. I thought maybe it had to do with the normal.dot file. I
renamed that to old and re-opened word. This created a new .dot file. However
I had the same issue.
I thought this might be font vs printer, however I've tested that - as I can
print to the device without issue.
Closed Word, searched for .tmp files and purchased two publisher ones.
However I am still having the challenge on this machine.
Windows XP SP2
Outlook 2003
Office 2000 (Word, PPT, Excel, Pub, Access)
Any suggestions?
