I have an audio file that I have linked to my Mac PPT presentation, with
the following characteristics:
- It is *linked*
- It is inserted, on the slide with which it is to start, as a media object
- I have set it to start automatically
- It is set to loop; specifically, to repeat three times over the duration
of three slides
- It is a WAV file
All works well *until* another sound is triggered, and I do *not* mean
another *linked* sound, but merely an embedded one---triggered as part of
an animation effect---that is not of long duration, not looped, etc.
In the PC version of my presentation, this is not a problem. The linked
audio plays continuously, and the embedded sounds occur "on top" of it. I
can't seem to make this happen in the mac version. The linked audio stops
as soon as another sound is introduced.
Anyone have any insight into this? Thank you in advance for your feedback!
