Overlay Error Message

I used Recalculate Hyperlinks to try and fix my web pages not linked properly
to my home page and got this error message "Server error: The folder that
would hold URL 'new HVF
web/hvf_overlay/horses_for_sale_4.htm_nav_bluecalm000_vbtn.gif' does not
exist on the server. This file does exist in the Overlay folder under HVF. It
was moved from the new HVF folder. How do I correct this error? The URL for
my website is http://HauptsValleyFarm.mystarband.net

Thanks very much.

Is "new HVF web/" the name of you local site
- you cannot have spaces in any web of folder names or file names
For example your image named HVF Logo.jpg should be renamed to HVF_Logo.jpg

The path for my local web site is: C:\Documents and Settings\Kathy
Lanz-Haupt\My Documents\My Webs\HVF. The default.htm page is at that root.
Then there are 2 main folders under that called "HVF" where my web pages are
and "Images" where the pictures are. If I rename HVF Logo.jpg to
HVF_Logo.jpg, will it automatically change where it is used?

OK
So your web actual name and root web for the local site is: HVF
- and an images folder under it is normal
(plus any other folders under it are OK to as long as they don't have spaces in the folder names)

- Yes, renaming a file in FP will correct the links to it

When recalculating hyperlinks I am still getting the error message. There is
no longer a folder called "New HVF". How do I correct the location of the
hvf_overlay below in my first post?

Somewhere in your site you have (or had) a folder named "New HVF"
