Overlay photo on image

Dear Group, i have inserted a JPEG picture into Word. I now want to insert
a small JPEG photo into the picture. How can i do this please?

If that was a task I was trying to do, I'd use a photo editing program. And
then I'd insert the finished jpg into my Word doc. But that's just me.
