Override Dynamic Connector Text Location

Hi,
I'm attempting to override Visio's handling of repositioning the text
block associated with Dynamic connectors on a diagram.
I can incorporate the logic I need in an add-on and call it on an EventXFMod
but this only fires when one of the ends is repositioned and not when an
intermediate line segment is manually edited.
Does anyone know of a simple method to generate an event off a change in any
row of a Geometry Section?
I figure AddAdvise with a Filter would do the trick but I was hoping to
avoid having to hook up all the dynamic connectors every time the drawing is
opened or a new connector added.
