Override Right Mouse Draw

[Tier 3 Questions]

Whenever you use the right keypad button or right mouse button on a tablet,
it draws. What about when you want to drag and drop? How can you override
the default on the tablet?

You don't need to post your questions twice

An addition to my other response: Check your Tablet and Pen settings in the
Control Panel to ensure that the pen actions are what you want them to be.
There shouldn't normally be anything drawn on a Tablet when you use the right
mouse button or the pen button.

I looked in this area and my settings all seem to be fine. Where do I assign
the action of the right keypad button and the pen button?
