I am trying to cut and paste my work signature on to my laptop in outlook web

signature. Can anyone tell me can i expand the capacity or get around it any
other way?

Hi.
Its a standard company signature with just a few address' which I can load
fine on my desktop but when I try to do the same signature for my Laptop it
wont allow me saying its too large.
Any further advice would be appreciated
