overview keyboard shortcuts

Is there an easy way to get an overview of all the keyboard shotcuts within
word (Office 2004)?

Hi Wolfram,

To get a list of keyboard shortcuts, do this:

In Word, go to Tools -> Macro -> Macros. In the dialog box that opens, look
for where it says ³Macros in:" Select the ³Word Commands² option from the
popup and then scroll down and select the command called ³ListCommands.²
Finally, click Run.
