Overview of all projects

I have a Project Progress Meeting weekly where I go through each project and
update the people with the progress made.

One problem, how or where do I get a good overview of all the projects? I
dont want to have to open every single project. I also need to add notes and
sometimes change parts of the project plan for different projects. This needs
to be saved and updated correctly.

Any ideas?

P.S. All projects are saved on the server.

Hi,
You can make use of project centre tracking view which gives you detailed
picture of status of all projects.
you can also create custom project center views and also make use of
spotlight for more sophisticated views

Thanks for the reply. Still a slight problem though. I need to add some
comments in my meetings most of the time. Where do I add this so that I can
do it once and it will save the changes on the projects?

There could be an easier way but you can add a custom text field - which will
then show up as a field you can edit from the PWA view. You would still need
to click on edit, then enter the information, then save it - but you wouldn't
have to open each project
