Hello, client is using Server 2003 and has several versions of the
same project in Project Server. The reason was due to lack of
training on the project from the start. If I were to clean up PWA,
would I first need to close all open tasks within Project Pro, choose
to overwrite actuals, save an republish assignments. The reason here
is to complete the Task Assignment.
Then I can go in as the ADMIN, and delete the closed (and no longer
needed project). Would the resource sill have to hide these tasks, or
will they drop off?
or could I just delete the projects that are not needed, the team
member will have to hide their tasks
Thanks
