OWA 2003 "Loading...." issue

I have installed Exch 2003 standard on a 3003 server. When I try to access
mail through IE 6, I get a "Loading...: message in the inbox and any other
folder I try to access.

However, when I try to access OWA using Mozilla, everything works fine.

I prefer not to switch all of my users over to Mozilla.

Any thoughts on what needs to be configured in IE6 for this to work?

BTW, I have tried all of the fixes that I found when I googled "2003 OWA
Loading", but none seem to fix the issue with IE6.
