OWA Access denied on send mail

everything worked fine yesterday but am getting Internet Explorer message
box "access denied" message today whenever i try to send or forward. I get a
quick flash of what looks like a pop up window but too quick to see and then
get the access denied box. Have tried using my admin account in case its a
restricted user problem but i get the same error. I'm using IE7 on vista
business.

OWA isn't actually related to Outlook, but is part of Exchange. You'll want
to ask in the microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroup for OWA issues
(and you may need to work with your Exchange Admin as well). If possible,
be sure to include the version of Exchange you are using when posting to
the other group.
