OWA and Outlook discrepancy

If I make an appointment using OWA the it shows up on OWA but not in
day/week/month view in Outlook 2003. If I do a search in Outlook for the
appointment I find it but it has the wrong start and end times. Then when I
go back to day/week/month view it is not there at either time. I am running
Exchange Server 2003 and Office Pro 2003.
