OWA Authentication Problem with Internet Explorer

Hi,
We have external users who need to change their email passwords through
Outlook Web Access. However, it returns "IIS6.0 error number 5" from IE6 or
IE7. Firefox does not have this problem. Error number 5 means Access
Denied, right?! We are using Anonymous based authentication. Do I need to
make changes to IIS Authentication Manager or do I just need to change my IE
setting?
Any response or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Sorry, wrong newsgroup. microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right
place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook.
