OWA Inbox Folder Sync

I am synchronizing with the SMB 2003 Exchange server via OWA (i use this computer outside of the office). I have a lot of folders in my Inbox with some pretty large files. I do not want to take these folders off of the exchange server (or archive) but it takes forever for my computer to synchronize. Because it is always syncing other folders, it does not update when I get new emails.

I think my problem maybe resolved if I could choose folders not to sync to my computer (i only really need my main Inbox). Is there a way to only select certain Exchange folders to sync?

I do open Entourage sometimes when i am in my office network....would that mess things up?

Please help.

Have a look at my blog post:

"Optimize Entourage to better work with Exchange"

One of the ways to improve syncing is to reduce the number of items in
your Inbox. That folder is special and is synchronize more often than
mail folders outside of the Inbox. Get this as lean as possible. Move
saved messages to other folders within your Exchange account.

Hope this helps!
