OWA keeps getting a username/password window popup

We are using Exchange 2003 as server, and Windows 2000 Pro. SP4 +IE6 as
client. When we use Outlook Web Access to the Exchange server using IE6, it
keeps popup the username/password/domain window, even though we type them at
the log in screen and 100% suer that the username/password are correct.

microsoft.public.exchange.clients will be the place to ask. OWA is part of
Exchange, not Outlook. You'll want to add information like if it happens
for every user or just some, and what happens if you try it from the server,
is this only from external networks, internal networks, if it has ever
worked, does the site actually load and just ask for logon info when you try
to open a message, all client machines, some client machines. Things like
that.
