OWA new message & reply message no longer allows entry into body

OWA worked fine but now when a new message or a reply to a message is
selected the body of the message shows a solid blue screen with a small X'd
box in right hand corner and doesn't allow any key entry. I've turned off
pop-up blockers & disabled Norton Internet Security to no avail. What's
prohibiting being able to type into the body of the message form?
