OWA not functional on Macs

fogive my ignorance...but what is OWA?

I have my Mac at work set up to receive emails from the
Exchange server using Outlook for Mac, although it has
stopped working due to reasons that even our support group
can't figure out... :-(

OWA is short for Outlook Web Access (stupid name - should
be Exchange Web Access), it's a downsized version of
Outlook running on Exchange (you don't need Outlook, just
a browser).
