OWA Preview Pane

Hello all,

I have many users of OWA (exchange 2007) in the department. All clients ok
apart from one user. She switched off the 'right hand' preview pane. I cannot
find a 'view' option to turn it back on again, this is the situation at any
PC she has. We do not have roaming profiles (thought I would mention that). I
have tried checking the tick box for 'OWA light', at 'login' as well. Hope
this is clear, any ideas welcome?

It's next to the "New" button.

As you already mentioned; OWA is part of Exchange and not Outlook. The
correct newsgroup for OWA is exchange.clients

I wish it was next to the 'new' button... it not in this case, hence the
confusion.. any other thoughts?

What do you see next to the button then?
Note that you must logon with the full version and with Internet Explorer 7
to get all the features as they are intended.

As I said; it's not an Outlook issue so you'd be off-topic here. You
probably get more responses in the exchange.clients newsgroup.
