OWA problem on Exchange 5.5

All of my users can access Exchange 5.5 via Outlook when logging on with
their AD usernames and passwords.

A problem recently cropped up. When I set up a new user, they can access
email through Outlook, but cannot use it with OWA. Everything is correct in
their username and password, they just cant use OWA.

Any ideas? This doesnt affect existing users, only new ones.

Did you grant these users "log on locally" rights on the OWA server?
