We have a remote user that uses OWA when contacting internal staff via email.
There is one account that OWA will not allow her to send messages to unless
she hits reply on a message she sent to her. She has cleaned her cache,
deleted temp files and deleted and re-created her contact.
Has anyone else experience this problem? If so, did you find a resolution?
