OWA recover deleted items

Hello,

In OWA 2003 is there a way to disable the Permanetly Delete option in the
Recover Deleted Items window. We want to prevent our users from permanenlty
deleting their e-mails for backup/recovery reasons. I believe this can be
done in Outlook 2003 via Active Directory and/or a script.

Probably best asked in an Exchange group (microsoft.public.exchange.clients) as OWA is a part of Exchange, not Outlook.
