Hi,
I am working in a professional environment with Outlook 2003 cached on my
notebook, but also with Outlook Web Access on any computer. The problem I
have is that when reminders pop-up in OWA, they cannot be deleted or
dismissed, this is literally the message in the pop-up.
Second thing is that when I read mail, it appears unread the next login (or
with switching folders) until I have read the mail on my notebook (cached). I
am able to dismiss or ignore reminders in this way too, and then they won't
appear in OWA any longer.
Our IT department says that there isn't a solution for this, you just can't
dismiss reminders in OWA 2003. Is this true?
Many thanks for any reply.
