My company recently switched to OWA access only for those of us that work
from outside the company. I've had multiple problems adjusting to OWA but
the most irritating is the inability to save rules.
I have written three rules;
1. Deletes all email (always Spam) sent to sales@domain
2. Forwards email from inside the company to a POP account.
3. Forwards email from outside the company to a POP account.
Rules 2 and 3 will save for about 2 or 3 days and they they're gone! Not
sure what I'm doing wrong, if anything.
I forward to the POP account so that I can access email on my WAP phone.
I was also curious why an IT department would block all other access from
the outside except for OWA. Is there logic to OWA access only? It sure
makes things difficult!
Thanks for any feedback/help.
