OWA Timeout Problem

We have Exchange 2003 with OWA 2003 and forms authentication. We also have
two customers who can connect to OWA but when they try to open an email,
different folder - perform any action at all they get "bounced from their
session. The message they get is the the OWA timeout message. has anyone seen
anything like this? Thanks! - Dennis

Actually, OWA is handled completely by the Exchange folks, not by the Office
folks. You'll want to ask this over in the
microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroup. Sorry.
