OWA - unable to synch OWA calendar with local Outlook XP

I have a user who is unable to synch his OWA calendar with his Outlook XP on
his laptop. How can he synch the two calendars? Our email accounts are all on
an Exchange 2003 server. Shouldn't calendar entries he creates through
Outlook XP be stored on the Exchange server and then reflected in OWA the
next time he logs in?

yes, as long as he doesn't use a pst on his desktop.

So, this would mean that if he's still not synching if he doesn't use a pst
on his desktop, that it's a problem with Exchange?

No other Exchange users are having this issue.
