OWA - web forms

hello sir,

Ref:my previous question: " is it possible to place the customizes form in
the OWA? and acessing the organizational form library?"
u replyed like "Not possible. OWA uses web forms"

what u mean by "web forms"?is there any kind of this form?kindly explain
about this.
