It seems that I have a user who cannot always get Outlook Web Access to work
all the time. At seemly random times, he gets the pop-up message saying the
connection timed out. At other times he gets the cannot find web page splash
screen from IE. Most of the time however, it seems to work fine. I've looked
for errors on the server and there's nothing obviously wrong that I can see.
Anyone have any idea where I should start looking?
