OWC 10 on Windows Server 2003

I installed OWC10 on a windows 2003 server (IIS 6). When accessing the spreadsheet object server-side, I get the following error
QueryInterface for interface Microsoft.Office.Interop.OWC.ISpreadsheet failed.

I had the same code working fine on a windows 2000 box. Also, I can run parts of the app that use the spreadsheet component client side with no problems. Does anyone of any different configuration for a windows 2003 server, or if the server side components even work on a windows 2003 server? Not sure if it's a possible permission problem in windows 2003 server.
