OWC 10 PivotTable IE Crash (Question 2)

Concerning my previous post with this text,

"We have been experiencing IE crashes with OWC 10 PivotTable List. I read in
Alvin's new book "The Microsoft Web Components Black Book with .NET" on page
410 in a "Black Book Power Bar" that a support fix is available to fix this
issue. Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it with this patch?"

I was wondering if Alvin could point me to the support kb that describes
this error if their is one.

If memory serves me correctly, you need to open a support incident to
Microsoft and request the patch.
