OWC 10 Update : list of fix ?

Hello, is there somewhere a list of fixes for the 2007 release of OWC10 : I
noticed that It has been updated.

MS hasn't released this to my knowledge. An earlier post of mine (can't find
it now) indicates that all new releases were simply recompiled binaries and
nothing changed. However, as pointed out in here, these recompiled binaries
did have small changes.

Using AxImp, we can see that the interface is identical except time stamp :
[assembly: System.Windows.Forms.AxHost.TypeLibraryTimeStamp("03/06/2005
00:36:22")]
[assembly: System.Windows.Forms.AxHost.TypeLibraryTimeStamp("14/03/2007
13:10:00")]
But there can be some differences in the binary code.
