owc 2000 printing

If everyone has OfficeXP installed, then they have OWC10.
OWC9 was shipped with Office2000. It was reshipped with
OfficeXP for some MSAccess backwards
compatibility/conversion issues.

The dll and htc from the toolpack only work for OWC10.
They would need to be modified to work for OWC9.
