OWC 9.0 problems

Hi all,
I am trying to use OWC 9.0 to create a class that generally mimics the
functionality of Excel. Doing research i have heard a lot of bad press about
version 9.0 and it being very buggy. Can anyone confirm/ deny this.

Also any sample code to help would be much appreciated.

It was the first release so there were a few issues that have been addressed
over the next few versions. The components also require Office 2000.
