OWC - Accessing Pivot Table through Internet

When I take the pivot table which was published through
Microsoft Excel, I am getting the following error from
some machines. The error occurs while accessing it from
both Intranet and Internet. Why this happens ?

Can't I access the html page conaining the pivot table
through Internet. The pivot table connects to Analysis
server, which is on another machine

The Error is:

---------------------------
The PivotTable list "Sample Report" could not connect to
the data source "Master". For information about the data
source, consult the creator of the file.

0x80040154: "Class not registered"
