OWC checkbox issue

Hi all
I have a web page with a hosted OWC Pivot table (version 9.0.6621
SP-3)

I've run into the following problem:
Users can't select dimesions in the pivot table. I mean they stll can
see
all the data but checkboxes are frozen. It looks like demo mode, but
the product is licensed - I can see a Product ID when doubleclick on
it.
The most frustrating thing that it works for a while and than suddenly
stops working. Some users are ok. All of them have equal OLAP
permissions.
Wouldn't you happen to know what it can be?
