OWC - ExportPicture

Jason Givens

We have developed a graph using OWC that we want to export. We use the
ExportPicture method.

Our problem is that we have annotations on the graph that do not get
exported. These annotations are added in the AfterFinalRender event.

Is there any way we can add the annotations and get them to be a part of the
image we export?

Thanks.

I have an MSDN subscription. I was under the impression that when you are an
MSDN member that you are guaranteed a response within two business days when
posting in the MSDN Managed Newsgroups.

I would appreciate a response even if it is "I don't know" or "You can't do
that".

Thank you.

I thought I answered this several days ago? In case I didn't, the issue here
seems to be that after final render events are imposed on the chart but are
not internally part of the chart so that when it is exported, the added
pieces don't show up. One thing I can think of is to not do the addition as
an event. Is this a piece that you can glue on while you build the chart and
not after?

Right. Is your MSDN subscription correctly associated with the alias you use
here?
I do not work for Microsoft so there is no obligation for me to answer in a
set period of time. MS personel do not actively monitor this newsgroup so
your question can go unanswered.

It may be worthwhile to open a support incident with MS to get this issue
resolved. I remind you that you have access to 3 incidents without charge.
Use the MSDN support incident page to proceed.
