OWC forward compatibility

Hi, I have developed an app using Excel 2000 with Office Web Components 9.0.
Will this work under Office 2K3 / Office XP using OWC v10 or v11, or do I
need to distribute OWC v9 to these users.

It won't work. You cannot distribute OWC either- licensing restriction.
