OWC Hosting (preferably cheap)

Has anyone found a relatively inexpensive hosting environment for
ASP.NET version 1.1 Applications that uses OWC11? I have searched
high and low and can only find managed server solutions.

Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.
