I was directed to this discussion with the hope of getting a solution for my
current problem

I have a problem as the OWC is not working properly with our third party
program that borrows to OWC engine to generate graphs.
To be brisk, the system is installed with XP SP2 and Office 2003 SP2. Since
our program requires the OWC to generate graphs, the third party program
prompted Office 2003 to direct us to install the OWC10 from the microsoft
website. Other similar systems worked well with the OWC10 except for one
unit. We tried Add/Remove to remove the program and install again. However,
the system did not take it. So we tried with OWC11 but it did not work
either. I was guessing that maybe during the initial installation, something
must have gone haywire e.g. registry keys. Aside from doing a clean
install/reformat from scratch, is there any way I could clean install the
OWC10. I notice that even when do a Add/Remove the program, some of the OWC
leftovers are still intact in the registry and Program files folders. Which
of these could I remove safely from the system so that I could do a some sort
of clean install of the OWC10?
Thanks.
