OWC OLAP functionality not found in Excel

Hi,

1. The OWC props "Always display emty rows" (columns), how
do I do this in an Excel OLAP pivottable ?
2. I can't create my own calc measures "Amount/Forecast"
(or members 2001Q1+2001Q2) in Excel. I've found the
Formulas menu: Calculated Fields/Calc Items/Solve orders,
but they are never possible to select. Why ?
3. Is it possible with an Excel pivottable not to suppress
repeated data, so that the member names will repeat on
every line when having many dimensions "on rows".

Is there a complete list of the differenses and with "work
arounds" ?

Any ideas would be great !
