OWC Runtime Woes

I thought I would be clever and use the OWC chart object in a
PowerBuilder application. It works great except that at runtime the
chart is not interactive. I don't understand why. We run WinXP Pro
version 2002 and Office 2003 corporate wide. Is that mismatch the
problem? I tried Office Chart version 11 and version 10 and got the
same results.

it depends on the version of owc you have in your application. you will need
the correct clsid to get interactivity with xp pro.
