OWC Serverside vs ClientSide

Thanks for all the help,

I am currently using OWC with C# and VS 2005.
I needed some clarification on one of the points you made in another
post:
"The Spreadsheet is an ActiveX control which runs on the client. It
is not available on the server"

Q1: Does it mean that using (populating and formatting) the
spreadsheet on the server side with C# code is not possible?

Q2: That i use only Javascript to work with OWC -> embed OWC
spreadsheet as an object on the client and access its properties ?

It is possible, you format and stream the info via the response object.
