OWC setup

hi
i've a problem when i install OWC10 on windows 98 with IE5.5
after the reboot when i launch my web page i've always an error as
OWC is not installed
what can i do ?

your first step would be to manually re-register the owc11 dll on your
machine. at the command prompt run regsvr32 owc11.dll

it's ok just my path bad
but the problem is alive
nothing on my web page
