Web application problem

I design a web page .which shows some of the details in OWC Spreadsheet, I
created a link to my page that asks for OWC Spreadsheet component download,
now what's my problem is that if some user is visiting my page, and the user
doesn't haveOWC Excel Spreadsheet in his machine, moreover if he is not
willing to download,what will be the alternatives for this
