OWC10 and OWC11 together

I have OWC10 and OWC11 on a winxp Pro box. This got installed automatically
with Office 2003 Pro. When i try to use IE to access a web page with a
pivot-table component, it seems to pick up OWC10, not OWC11. I can see this
by clicking on the office icon on the top left corner of the control.
The problem is, that the pivot-table does not work in OWC10 (by design). Is
there a way to tell IE to pick up OWC11 instead of OWC10 ?

You will need edit the page and change the GUID to use the OWC11 Pivottable
GUID.

Zergot,

I have seen a number of recommendations that OWC10 be used in
preference to OWC11. I am not sure that there are many real benefits
to using OWC11, other than the accumulation of some new bugs.

Certainly for the pages I have developed, I have had more success with
OWC10.

Nick,
would you mind pointing me to one of these recommendations to use version 10
instead of 11. (just for curiosity, not to a pick a fight or anything)
