OWC10, Charts

I am using the OWC10 component in a Web Server to generate Charts with
ASP. Do i need a Office XP license?
If a license is needed, do i have to get a license just for this
server, or can i have a license in another pc and use the component in
the server at the same time.

Licensing for the charts are somewhat relaxed because they are static
images. They were designed to be rendered as images in a browser for the
most part. If you just push them out to the browser without interactivity,
99% of the time it's like that, you don't need to worry about licensing
issues. If you use the chart object embedded in the aspx page then you will
need to worry about licensing. See this link for the scoop on licensing with
