OWC10 deployment requirements

What all do i need to install on my server and client machine if i were to
deploy a web application that has a OWC10 PivotTable Control on it.
Server: Like OWC10, XMLA, IE 5.5+ sp2 etc
Client : OWC10??????

Please help me complete/correct the list...

Since owc pivottable is a web component. So is it at all necessary to have it
installed on the client machine. Right now the scenario here is mostly all
clients will have office on there machines, but there is a possibility that
some clients may not have and hence owc will also not be there on client
machine.
And i read in an article in msdn that web components do not have to be
installed on each and every client machine...
Client: IE 5.1+ "done"
: OWC install package - "necessary??? if yes then whats the
workaround"

the OWC is a free download, you should write a sniffer routine to see if the
components are installed. If not point the client to the msdn website. It's
against licensing to download and install it for the client.
